Cream Spreading Machines are used for spreading the cream onto the baked wafer sheets and let them build up a block with requested numbers of layers. A wafer block can be formed as minimum by spreading 1 cream layer between 2 wafer sheets and as maximum 5 cream layers between 6 wafer sheets. The cream can be presented upon request as 1 color or 2 color optionally. In order to ensure the efficient use of the cream, a cream recirculation system is integrated under the spreading station which operates simultaneously with the main machine and carries the unused cream back to the spreader hopper. A roller pressing device after the book forming station ensures uniform product height and homogeneous spreading. The machine is completely made of 304 quality stainless steel adequate to food regulations and equipped with stainless steel enclosures. Nut spilling unit is presented optionally.
